Study on the extraction technology of flavonoids in orange peel by supercritical carbon dioxide

In this experiment, the factors affecting the extraction of flavonoids from orange peel with CO2 supercritical fluid were studied. Based on the single-factor test, the total flavonoid extraction rate was the main evaluation index, and L9 (34) orthogonal optimization was carried out. The results show that the order of influence on the extraction rate is: the amount of entrainer> extraction pressure> extraction temperature> extraction time. The optimal production conditions are: extraction temperature is 55 ℃, extraction pressure is 200 BAR (1 BAR = 0.1MPa), extraction time is 150min, and the amount of entrainer is 0.35ml / min. The extraction rate of flavonoids was 2.723%.
