Improve the quality of the laser printer plate-making method

The laser printer uses dry development to transfer the toner to a film or paper. Due to the coarse grain size of the toner and the poor scanning accuracy of the printer, the edges of the writings are hairy, and the writing characters smaller than the sixth character are confusing. In order to solve this problem, we used the method of: 1.5 to 2 times the sample, and then photographed to the original size. Because after enlargement, the particle size of the toner is relatively reduced for the word, and when the photograph is reduced to the original size, the coarser particle size of the toner is converted into a finer particle size. The film produced by this law can be compared with that of a laser image-setter. Although the cost is increased, this method can be a better method when there is no laser image-setter and a beautiful product must be printed.
