Since then, the offset press has adopted a three-roller and equal-diameter structure. 3 The fixed pin of the connecting chain of the take-up tooth row is broken;
Exclude: 1 replace the spring, straighten or replace the collection teeth, but also mapping processing;
2 Adjust the center distance of the sprocket and tighten the chain so that it can lift up to 30mm on the guide rail. If the chain is seriously worn, it can be replaced;
3 replace the pin, can be mapping processing.
Note: This failure is the most common. Always check the lever spring, pin, and chain to detect problems early enough to prevent problems.
Fault 5: Receiving the paper from both sides of the mouth of the teeth. Causes: The delivery row is not parallel to the drum. Exclude: Loosen the connecting screws between the delivery row and the chain plate. To move forward, parallel to the roller,
Then tighten the screws, bite the mouth to 4 ~ 6mm is appropriate.
Fault 6: The air pump vibrates violently and has a cyclical cause: The nut on the piston end face in the air pump is loose, and it hits the inner cylinder head cover of the air pump after exiting.
Remedy: Disassemble the air pump and tighten the nut.
Fault 7: The reason for the delivery is uneven: 1 side of the paper is not working properly;
2 Incorrectly adjust the position of the opening cam;
3 The humidity is low, the static electricity of the paper is serious, or the paper is too thin;
Exclude: 1A, adjust or replace the spring connected by the cam follower rod, so that the flat paper shaft can be normally transmitted;
B. Check the contact between the roller of the pendulum roller and the side fence, and adjust it properly;
2 According to the printing speed, paper weight and other factors, adjust the cam position (receiving paper discharge cam).
