1. Subject content and scope of application

This standard specifies the technical requirements and inspection methods of corrosion gravure plate-making with carbon paper as the photosensitive material. It is suitable for intaglio plate making for printing books and packaging and decoration products.

3. Technical requirements

3.1 Carbon paper

3.1.1 Storage environment of unsensitized carbon paper: room temperature 18 ℃ ~ 22 ℃, relative humidity 50% ~ 70%, sealed.

3.1.2 Carbon paper sensitization

3.1.2.1 Sensitizer: Potassium dichromate (K2Cr2O7) is analytically pure.

3.1.2.2 The concentration of the sensitizing solution is 3% to 4%.

3.1.2.3 The temperature of the sensitizing solution is 10 ℃ ~ 14 ℃.

3.1.2.4 Sensitization time 2.5min ~ 3min.

3.1.2.5 PH value of sensitizing solution is 4.5 ~ 6.

3.1.3 Carbon paper drying

3.1.3.1 Drying method: air drying.

3.1.3.2 Drying parameters: cold air at room temperature, hot air at 50 ° C, relative humidity 60% to 70%, wind speed 60 to 100m / min, drying time 2.5h to 3h. After drying, the carbon paper has a water content of 8% to 12%.

3.1.4 The appearance of carbon paper should be flat and smooth, without curling or warping, without scratches, without blisters or trachoma, and be evenly dried.

3.1.5 Carbon paper storage conditions after sensitization: Store in a light-proof and moisture-proof metal drum away from heat sources. Indoor temperature is 18 ℃ ~ 22 ℃, relative humidity is 60% ~ 70%. It can be used after being stored for 6h, and it is valid for 3 days.

3.2 Printing

3.2.1 The peak of the light source spectrum is 380mm ~ 550mm. The shape of the light source is a point light source or a tube light source, and the illuminance is uniform.

3.2.2 Exposure time is determined by experiment based on positive image density, light source intensity, light source distance and carbon paper performance.

3.2.3 Exposure screen

3.2.3.1 Screen material: glass or film.

3.2.3.2 Mesh types: square, rectangular or irregular.

3.2.3.3 Mesh line number: general printed matter 60 ~ 70l / cm. Fine print 70 ~ 80l / cm.

3.2.3.4 Screen specifications: 1040 × 1400mm, 1040 × 700mm.

3.3 Version

3.3.1 The hardness of offset rubber roller is 75 ° ~ 85 ° (Shore hardness).

3.3.2 The edition speed is 3 ~ 5m / min.

3.3.3 Version wetting fluid: distilled water.

3.3.4 The temperature of the plated wetting fluid is 18 ℃ ~ 21 ℃

3.4 Development

3.4.1 The development technical parameters are shown in Table 1.

3.4.2 Development quality requirements: the film is complete, the floating glue is removed, and it is uniform.

3.5 Corrosion

3.5.1 The standard of ferric chloride (industrial grade) is shown in Table 2.

3.5.4 The temperature of the corrosion workshop is 21 ± 1.5 ℃, and the relative humidity is 50% ~ 70%. The temperature of the ferric chloride etching solution is 21 ± 1 ℃.

3.5.6 Corrosion quality requirements: corrosion depth: 2 ~ 45μm. Rich levels, complete wall, and meet printing requirements.
