Japanese packaging container recycling

In the United States, people extract fuel oil from animals and plants and call this oil BDF. However, at present, a Japanese company has been able to use waste cooking oil to produce a new fuel oil, VDF, Vegetable Diesel Flyer, which can be used in cars. It is named VDF because it has the characteristics of pure vegetable oil. It is alleged that 95 kg of VDF can be produced with 100 kg of waste oil.

Vegetable products are popular because they are convenient to eat. However, after the vegetables have been eaten, they have caused the problem of container contamination. With the growing market demand for vegetable products, the problem of container contamination has become increasingly serious. A container manufacturer in Japan carried out recycling and recycling of waste containers. They set up about 6,000 container recycling boxes at supermarkets and other places across Japan. In 1997, with the cooperation of consumers, the company recycled 3,300 tons of waste containers and reprocessed these waste products in seven factories to produce a large number of recycled trays.

Japan's Central Chemical Company also engages in the recycling of waste containers. They tried to use the used container packaging to develop eco-series products such as ecological stools and chairs. They began with the regeneration of materials and burned and reduced the waste plates to make thermally regenerated plastic raw materials. At present, the performance of chemical regeneration of this recycled raw material is being verified.
