3 Packaging Technical Requirements
3.1 Preparation of packaging
3.1.1 Packaging Environment
3.1.1.1 Apple, orange packaging sites require ventilation, moisture, and rain.
3.1.1.2 The temperature and humidity of the packing site, room temperature and normal humidity are all sufficient.
3.1.1.3 Sanitary conditions are required to be handled according to the specific provisions of the national food hygiene law.
3.1.2 Product Requirements Apples and oranges should meet the requirements of GB10651 and GB/T12947.
3.1.3 Packaging Materials
3.1.3.1 Apple, orange packaging is double corrugated cardboard box or single corrugated calcium plastic board box. The paperboard should be made of wood pulp, bamboo pulp, cotton stalk pulp, and kenaf pulp, and straw pulp board can not be used as packaging material for apples and oranges. Single corrugated calcium plastic box with low-pressure polyethylene content of not less than 59%, calcium carbonate is not higher than 39%, plus appropriate antioxidants and zinc stearate.
3.1.3.2 Performance Requirements for Corrugated Boards a. The performance requirements for boxboards are shown in Table 1.

3.1.3.3 Performance requirements of corrugated calcium plastic plate a. Specifications of corrugated calcium plastic plate are shown in Table 4.

3.1.4 Packaging Containers
3.1.4.1 Sales packaging a. Sales packaging material requirements non-toxic b. Sales packaging size should be fully suitable for transport packaging requirements.
c. The sales package should meet the hygienic requirements and should not break or absorb moisture.
3.1.4.2 Transport Packaging
4.1.4.2.1 box shape and structure a. box shape: use the box shape below
b. The structure inside the box: Inside the corrugated cardboard box, the word “#†or “#†is used, and a partition is added between the layers. If a separator is used in a citrus box, a "#" character can be used, one for each cell.
3.1.4.2.2 Packaging materials are in accordance with 3.1.3.
3.1.4.2.3 Box size and size requirements are shown in Table 6.
