【 Abstract 】 Gravure-specific composite wrapping paper belongs to the field of packaging technology. It consists of upper and lower layers of paper bonded together. The upper layer of paper is 50-100 grams of coated paper and the lower layer of paper is 110-350 grams of grey paper or wood pulp. Adhesive is latex, dosage 5-30g/m2. Colorants can be added to the adhesive. The production process is that 110-350 grams of gray paper or wood pulp paper is coated with 50-110 grams of coated paper (or printed coated paper) and dried. The front and back of the production equipment rack are equipped with a paper release roller, a paper release roller and a receiving roller; on the path of the paper and the surface paper on the rack, a tight wheel and a paper tight wheel are arranged on the path of the paper. A paper-coated rubber pressure roller is disposed in front of the paper composite pressure roller, and an oven is disposed on the composite paper stroke after the composite pressure roller. The gluing roller consists of an upper roller and a lower sizing roller which enters the adhesive tank at the bottom.
