The ratio of screen cable to screen cable is generally 1:2.5 or 1:6.25, but the line/CM ratio is usually 1:3.75 or 1:5.

According to the minimum of textile printing, observe the pattern below 30 lines in the line-of-sight of 1M, and only see the dot network does not see the image, lose its meaning of screen printing. Therefore, in order to ensure that most of the outlets below 10% are not lost, a more practical and feasible approach is: the diameter of the minimum outlet = the diameter of the cell + the diameter of the wire. In addition to the elimination of moire measures, 120-mesh wire mesh can perfectly match the 45-50-55 line screen. Take the portrait of a color shirt on a cultural shirt as an example.
