Project to invest 8 million forest packaging annual printing cartons of 8 million will be put into production

On March 5, the Environmental Protection Bureau of Changxing County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province issued a notice stating that it will accept and approve the application for the phased acceptance of the environmental protection of 8 million projects of Huzhou Forest Packaging Co., Ltd.

The announcement shows that Huzhou Forest Packaging Co., Ltd. was established in 2004, located in the industrial zone of Lincheng Town, Changxing County, with a registered capital of 7 million. The main business scope is the processing and sales of various types of printing cartons and paper products.

The project plans to invest 7 million yuan, using 8200 square meters of existing plants, 2 new paper cutters, 2 Roland 800 four-color offset presses, 2 pull-tab machines, 1 single-faced corrugating machine, and semi-automatic laminating machine. There are 2 sets of semi-automatic flat-film flat-cutting machines, 1 set of semi-automatic sticking machine, 1 set of automatic sticking machine, and 35 sets of production and auxiliary equipment.

Upon completion, Huzhou Forest Packaging Co., Ltd. will increase the annual production capacity of 8 million printed cartons, and the entire plant will have an annual production capacity of 9 million printed cartons/packaging cartons. At the end of 2018, the project completed technical transformation and put into trial production.

During the period from December 12 to December 13, 2018, the environmental protection department entrusted the environmental monitoring company to carry out environmental protection acceptance monitoring of the project, and issued the "Huzhou Forest Packaging Co., Ltd. Noise Detection". During the monitoring period, the production conditions of the project are normal and meet the load requirements of the completion acceptance conditions.

The acceptance team inspected the implementation of the project's environmental protection measures and reviewed the relevant information. After discussion, it was considered that the project basically implemented the EIA system and the “three simultaneous” regulations for environmental protection, and adopted pollution prevention measures, and the main pollutants were all discharged. In principle, it is agreed that the solid waste control measures will pass the staged acceptance of environmental protection.
