4.1 Principle of the test

5, the test process
(1) Sample preparation A sample of 63 mm × 100 mm sample was cut from the surface of the aluminized composite film sample for medical packaging to be tested.

(3) Test the test parameters such as test speed and test stroke. Click the test option and the test starts. After the sample is stationary for 15s on the surface of the test bench, the relative sliding begins automatically. The device automatically records the force value during the test, and calculates the static friction coefficient and dynamic friction coefficient of the sample after the test. Repeat the loading, start the test, and test the friction coefficient of the other two samples.
6, the results
The static and dynamic friction coefficient of a sample of aluminized composite film for granule pharmaceutical packaging tested in this test was taken as the average of the test results of three samples, wherein the static friction coefficient was 0.264 and the dynamic friction coefficient was 0.208.
