CMG develops granulator

CMG developed a series of granulators for the recycling of PET industrial waste and post-consumer waste, with an output rate of 30 to 1500 kg/hr. At present, the company can provide three models for professional use. After processing, recycled materials can be used for injection molding and extrusion. The user feedback shows that the S25-30-3K-C model is particularly suitable for the recycling of preforms and containers with an average production speed of 40-80 kg/h and a maximum production speed of 100 kg/h. The machine is equipped with a rotary disc in the crushing chamber, uses a low-speed rotor, is equipped with a tangential crushing system and an unloading screw, and meets the requirements for small amount of dust generated. The machine can be used in various types of motor equipment, suitable for automatic and manual feeding system (equipped with preforms and / or container box), especially for small and medium-sized enterprises with high flexibility requirements. For more demanding customers, the company designed a special steel scraper that can significantly extend the time between maintenance.

For thermoformed food containers, the S25-30-ET1 model can be used to trim the PET sheet online. When the abrasive material must be reprocessed by a weight blender, its quality (requiring uniform pellets and low dust content) is critical because the weight blender is very sensitive to particle uniformity and dust content. The machine is equipped with a turret in the comminution room and uses a low speed rotor and tangential comminution system. Practice has proved that this machine can fully meet the requirements of the above blender, and therefore, can improve the production efficiency of the entire production line. The S30-50-F model is specifically designed for off-line recovery of CPET films with a thickness of 15 μm to 30 μm, which are commonly used as microwave food container lids (including non-PET materials). The machine is equipped with a pull-out roller system. It is also equipped with a special cleaning comb made of special materials and in direct contact with the system. It can recover three rolls of scrap at the same time, without the risk of winding or winding. Here, the abrasive material is fed into the extruder through a weight blender.
