3, liquid accumulator
The accumulator is such that the refrigerant that is not condensed in the refrigeration system does not enter or enter the circulation system, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency, but at the same time, the refrigerant charge is increased and the condensing pressure is low. For small systems, the circulation flow is not large, and it is completely possible to achieve the purpose of liquid accumulation through the pipeline processing technology.
4, evaporation pressure regulating valve
Evaporative pressure regulating valves are generally used in dehumidification systems to control the evaporation temperature so that the evaporator does not frost. However, in the unipolar circulation system, the use of the evaporating pressure regulating valve is connected to the regenerative return air solenoid valve, which complicates the structure of the pipeline and is not conducive to smooth system. At present, most of the test chambers are not equipped with an evaporation pressure regulating valve.
5, heat exchanger
The heat exchanger has three advantages. One is that the condensed refrigerant can be supercooled, the amount of pre-gasification can be reduced in the pipeline, and the second is that the return gas refrigerant can be fully vaporized to reduce the risk of liquid shock, and the third is to improve the system. efficacy. However, the access of the heat exchanger complicates the system, and if the piping is not arranged, the process will increase the tube loss. It is not conducive to the company's product configuration for small batch production.
6, check valve
Since the system is used in multiple circulating branches, a check valve is installed at the return port of the unoperated circulating branch to prevent the refrigerant from flowing back into the unoperated circulating space. If the gas accumulation in the pipeline does not affect the system operation, it is considered to prevent liquid accumulation. Therefore, not all sub-circuits must be equipped with a check valve.
7, gas-liquid separator
For the refrigeration system of the loop test equipment with variable working conditions, the gas-liquid separator is one of the effective means to avoid liquid blow, and the cooling capacity can be appropriately adjusted. However, the gas-liquid separator also cuts off the system oil return, so the oil separator must be installed in the gas-liquid separator. For the unit consisting of Taikang fully enclosed compressor, due to the proper buffer space in the return air port, it can play a certain role in gasification, so the gas-liquid separator can be omitted. For units with limited installation space, a thermal bypass can be provided to vaporize excess liquid return.
8, cold PID control
Cold PID control has a significant effect on energy saving. Not only that, in the normal temperature range (about 20 °C) where the thermal equilibrium mode temperature field is relatively poor, the cold PID control system can achieve the ideal index; in constant temperature and humidity It can also reflect good results, so the cold PID control is already the leading technology in the refrigeration system of the ring test product. The cooling PID control has two kinds of time ratios and opening ratios. The time ratio is the ratio of controlling the cooling solenoid valve to break in one time period, and the opening ratio is controlling the conduction amount of the electronic expansion valve.
However, in the time proportional control, the life of the solenoid valve is a bottleneck. At present, the better solenoid valve on the market is estimated to have a life of only 3 to 5 years. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate whether the maintenance cost is lower than the energy saving.
